If u r a new patient pls visit to OPD first and get the appointment. Other than that, ya the hospital is neat and clean and stuffs are helpful, yeah they understand Hindi and English mostly and they are helpful too. They talk to you politely and compared to any private hospital in Kolkata. You can visit here especially for cardiac, they provide Quality Treatment surely. Sometime you have to wait for a long to visit the doc but that is okay if you get the well treatment end of the day.
